Ciglat is the meeting of a group of experts in the graphic industry with many years of experience with the purpose of contributing to the development of printing companies and the printing industry in Latin America through training, consultancies, mentoring and practical methodologies.

Alfredo Polo - Mexico
Lic. Visual Arts. From the Idea to the Image. Adapting it to the techniques of Printing, Flexography, Offset, Digital, Shrink Rotogravure, and in Promotional Techniques, in Sublimation, Pad Printing, Screen Printing and Vinyl. A Hybrid between Art and Technology and Trained in the Hybrid Printing Industry
Hamilton Terni - Brazil
Magister in Management and Innovation - Specialist in the graphic industry in strategy, management, business development and marketing. A connoisseur of strategies, the resources used and the evolution of the graphic industry yesterday, today and what it proposes for the future, which it has reflected in its books.
Javier Martinez - Mexico
Industrial Engineer and intern for a Master of Business Administration from ITAM, his process in the graphics industry has been based in quality and productivity, from where he has carried out different training and leading him to be an expert in printing and finishes by the National Chamber of the Graphic Arts Industry and a Technical Expert in printing by the Mexican Accreditation Entity, as well as being a jury for different quality contests in the Latin American area.
Jose Luis Espinosa

Es un Tecnólogo en Artes Gráficas con énfasis en Impresión y Licenciado en Diseño Gráfico, el cual cuenta con más de 35 años de experiencia en la Industria de las Artes Gráficas, desarrollando su labor en áreas de producción de diseño gráfico, fotografía, pre prensa e impresión.
En esta última a acompañado y desarrollado procesos para el rotograbado, offset, serigrafía, flexografía y digital.
Las actividades que ha desarrollado están asociadas a la proveeduría de insumos y equipos gráficos en aplicaciones y soporte técnico, en el entrenamiento e implementación de flujos de trabajo de administración del color en industrias de impresión y preprensa.
Jorge Maldonado
Chile/Brasil
Titulado en Ciencias Económica y Automatización Industrial con Posgraduación e MBA. Además de cursos deespecialización sobre el sector gráfico en los Estados Unidos Francia, Inglaterra, Suiza, Suecia e Alemania.
En su consultora trabaja en mejoramiento de procesos, el análisis estadístico de procesos y la aplicación de modernas tecnologías existentes en la actualidad, como es el caso de la industria 4.0 y en estudios de viabilidad económica de proyectos en tecnología.
